At Clifton Lodge we are always looking to improve the way that we can service that is provided to our customers in the care of their pets. We appreciate all feedback from customers that will help us improve the service further and our staff are very appreciative of recommendations as to how they provided the care for patients. It helps the management to improve standards across the practice group if you identify ways in which staff are going out of their way in the provision of excellent care and allows us to reward them for their efforts. Should the standard of care you receive not be up to the level you expect we want to hear about that as well. Should you have reason to complain this can be done by initially calling the surgery at Hartlepool on 01429 272435 and speaking with one of the management team, using the feedback form on this page or by sending the complaint in writing to the Hartlepool office. We will deal with any complaint as soon as possible, to give you reassurance and resolve any issues that have caused your concern.
