We are now able to offer Telemedicine Consultations

These can be to discuss a variety of things that you may be worried about but it is currently not advised to visit the practice.

This could include:

  • Lumps and bumps
  • Skin Issues (including ears)
  • Minor wounds
  • Mild lameness
  • Vomiting and diarrhoea (as long as your pet is otherwise well)

These consultations can be a video consultation or a telephone call. They would be chargeable at the time of booking for a vet consultation. Any medications would be charged after the consultation. These can either be delivered or collected in a contact-free arrangement.

Nurse consultations are available free of charge to allow you to discuss your worries in confidence. If the nurse thinks it is best to speak to a vet you may be referred for another appointment.

Should the vet think that your pet needs to be seen in the practice as an emergency, this consultation fee will be waived.

We are currently using Zoom for our video consultations, information about how to join the consultation can be found on this link.

Lastly remember to have your pet near you. Your vet may ask you to check certain things whilst you talk to them
